Q - Why is there much purging and farting? They are affecting my social life.
A - This is a temporary symptom and usually disappears after 2 to 8 weeks. If the effect is too much, reduce the frequency of dosage or even take on alternate days to allow your body to get used to it.

Q - Is there any way to reduce these purging and farting reactions?
A - If you take TRiPLEX together with food, it generally reduces the purging and bloated gas effect.
A - Morning and evening. Best to consume in between your regular medication.
Q - Why does one feel giddy or ‘floating’ after a few days?
A - Our body experiences a drop in blood sugar levels. This contributes to the floating effect, similar to hypoglycemia. Reduce insulin intake and let the body gradually adjust to the new insulin production. If there are signs of hypoglycemia ie sudden blurred vision or floating, please increase intake of sugar. Since most diabetics also suffer from hypertension, it is important that you also monitor blood pressure. When the blood pressure normalizes due to the improve ‘qi”, the body needs some time to adjust and there may be headaches, giddiness, etc. Slowly reduce your hypertension medication. Exercise helps greatly.
Q - Is there a way to mitigate this giddiness reaction?
A - Slow down the intake of TRiPLEX so that the effect can be gradual. Drink plenty of water.
Q - Can pregnant women take this?
A - Generally NOT ENCOURAGED due to the initial ‘purging’ effect can stimulate spontaneous abortion in some cases. Also generally during pregnancy, it is best to reduce the intake of medication and herbs to a bare minimum.
Q - Can children take this?
A - Not recommended for children below 12 years of age as they are not matured. Excessive yang (qi) on a young body that is full of yang qi (vigor) will cause more harm than good.
Q - Why do I cough up a lot of phlegm?
A - This is a temporary effect. The body is going through a cleansing process and if your lungs are 'contaminated' (especially for smokers) it will expel the mucus, starting from black, then brown, green and finally white. Do not attempt to stop it but let total cleansing take place.

Q - What other reactions that might occur?
A - You may see acne (even if you are 60 years old) as the body gets rid of toxins. Also the skin and other parts of the body may have a tingling sensation or some body joints may even experience more pain than before. This is because the body is regenerating your nerve cells that has been numbed by years of painkillers and other acidic medication. It will go away in due course.
Q - Blood test shows an increase in sugar level, but I am feeling good. Why?
A - When there is too much sugar for the body to cope, it stores it away as fat and in other places where it can be harmful. Consumption of TRiPLEX will help expel toxins and accumulated sugar. So initially, you will see a higher level of sugar in the blood and urine – something that is normal. Yet you feel energized and more alert, a sure sign that your body is healing itself.
Q - I tend to feel hot and warm (heaty / feverish)?
A - Most of us who suffer from some chronic illnesses tend to have a lower metabolic rate. If we measure our temperature accurately, they tend to be slightly lower. This hampers the cell metabolism and causes toxins to accumulate in our body. When TRiPLEX is consumed, it boosts the cell metabolism, allowing a cleansing process in the body. This with the improved blood flow generally, warms the body up considerably. It is normal and one is encouraged to sip water continuously to ‘ keep cool’.
Q - I developed some sudden high fever with chills and then they simply disappeared. Why
A - When the body develops a fever, it is fighting viruses and other toxins. Our tongue may measure 39°C, but actually it can be much higher. Some doctors speculated that may be well over what viruses can tolerate. Remember that only a healthy body can start to fight infection and detoxify – so it is a sign that your immune system has improved. You will feel much better when the fever is over.
Q - Can I take alcohol with this supplement?
A - TRiPLEX generally does not work well with alcohol. You are advised to refrain from alcohol when consuming TRiPLEX.
I find the reaction too fast. Can I take only one capsule a day?
ReplyDeleteThe reaction usually does not last more than 2 weeks. It is a sign that your body is responding to it. But if you find it unbearable, you can temporarily switch to one capsule a day until your body adapts to it.
